We pay a higher rate of pay than many of our competitors, 28 days holiday pro rate and Bank Holidays paid at a higher rate. Paid DBS check, and free uniform, Paid travel time with mileage paid at 40p per mile for clients further than 3 miles away, Full induction and training with ongoing support.
We have many hours to suit your individual need, full or part time. We work from 7 AM to 10 PM divided into four shifts AM, LUNCH, TEA and PM.

What You Need To Know
Full Care Training Provided
Experience isn't necessary as we provide full care training. but we do look for people who are kind and compassionate as well as hardworking. A good sense of humour is an added bonus!
Everyday Care
We provide our in-home care service from 6.45am to 10pm 365 days a year, It's devided into four shift patterns of AM, Lunch, Tea and PM. We work a 10 mile radius from our base in Witham and travelling costs are compensated for jobs further than 3 miles away.
A Pl+us Benefits
We offer a very good remuneration package which includes great rates of pay and 28 days holiday pro rata. Plus, work bank holidays are paid at a higher rate. Training, DBS checks and uniforms are also provided at no cost.
