Private Care Services
All Aplus Caring Services staff are fully trained and DBS checked. We're also caring, hardworking and have a great sense of humour. We provide in-home care, including assistance with bathing, getting up and personal hygiene.
Everyday Care
We provide our in-home care service from 6.45am to 10pm 365 days a year and will work with clients as little or much as possible to ensure we meet our clients care needs.
Start-up & History
Mrs. Wheeler had a nursing background before giving up after having 4 children. Once the youngest was established in school she worked as a community care assistant for 6 years for a social services care provider. Being offered more responsibility over this period she was involved in staff training carer/client co-ordination and dealing with out of hours emergency calls. She regularly sat in on meetings with social workers and occupational therapists, and attended care and risk assessments. Using this experience and knowledge she decided to try to provide the highest quality private homecare possible at realistic prices.
Our Bespoke Service
We provide a flexible approach to caring giving as much or as little help as individually required. Our intention is that you can enjoy the independence of living in your own home with the reassurance that you will receive the help you need when you actually need it. All clients have their own interests, tastes, abilities and aspirations and should be actively enabled to realize them.
Through their everyday attitudes and behavior, Aplus and their staff will display a belief that life is about moving forward through different experiences, always reaching for full potential regardless of age or impairment. The service must be delivered in a way that places the clients holistic needs – e.g. physical, social, emotional and spiritual, first and foremost in whatever circumstance.
