Aplus Caring Service was founded by Lesley; she has a nursing background and has worked as a community care assistance. Using this knowledge care assistant. Using this knowledge she set up Aplus Caring Service to provide care staff to Witham. Her aim is to provide high quality private home care at realistic prices.

Professional Care Staff in Witham

Julie Hubbard and Sue Davies are our Care Managers. Julie has been with the company since 2004 and Sue has been with us since February 2018. They are in charge of carrying out assessments and ensuring all your needs are met. We also have a number of other expert carers and staff who can help you in your home. The services can be provided in the areas; Witham, Boreham, Wickham Bishops, The Notleys, Braintree, Kelvedon, Hatfield Peverel, Feering, Great Totham and areas inbetween.

Excellent IT Support

Our Office Manager is Claire Rogers who has been with the company since 2014. She ensures that all of our documents are updated and takes on any IT tasks, leaving the care team free to provide their excellent services. The office staff keep things running smoothly and efficiently. All of our staff are chosen carefully. We look for reliability, kindness, friendliness and compassion. All are trained by ourselves despite any previous experience they may have. We provide yearly refresher courses in all relevant aspects of care.

Team Experience and Background

Lesley had a nursing background before giving up to have 4 children. After that she worked as a community care assistant for a social services care provider for over 6 years. Using this experience she decided to try and provide the highest quality private homecare possible at realistic prices. Julie and Sue are the ones who will carry out a thorough risk assessment. They will then create a bespoke care package for our service users. They also have responsibility in ensuring that all MARS( medication administration record sheets, forms and risk assessments are updated and current.

Could Not Be More Satisfied

We could not be more satisfied with the excellent service that has been provided by A+Plus Caring Service. They have been very sympathetic in working with a client who is suffering with memory issues and have been ready to accommodate any change in service as the need arises. Living outside of the country it is a relief to have confidence in the support that my mother is receiving and I would not hesitate to recommend A+Plus.

Mum could not have wished for better care, you gave over and above what was required and expected.  The service you offer for the local community in caring for the elderly is of the highest standard and extremely personal. Mum would always have a laugh and a joke with the carers which made her day.  Over the years I met many of mum’s carers and could not have wished for such wonderful people that are dedicated to providing the best care possible
